The Beacon and Sound district LSM teams are pleased to present this new advanced course, open to all UMC laity. This course helps lay servant leaders understand and adapt an intentional discipleship plan for their church context using resources from the See All The People movement.

Sound District: Basic Course in Lay Servant Ministries
This course is open to all laity and is a great way to learn about the many ways laity can answer their call to ministry in the UMC. This course is required for all laity seeking certification as a lay servant, lay speaker, or lay minister. Participants choose whether to join in person or online.
