… by the Sound District LSM Team. The Rev Dr. Anne Sims of Oriental UMC will be teaching and leading this hybrid class at Oriental United Methodist Church (404 Freemason Street, Oriental, NC 28571).
Anyone who would like to learn the elements of worship services and ways of leading worship in a variety of settings is welcome to participate. This advanced class is listed in the Worship Leader pathway and is required to become a Certified Lay Speaker.
The hybrid in-person/ Zoom class will be offered Saturday, August 5th, 2023, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The registration is $15.00 for the Zoom class and $25.00 for the in-person class, which includes lunch and snacks. Registration ends July 23rd.
