Leading Worship (*required for certified Lay Speaker) will be offered 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, March 27, 2021 by Zoom. Alan Gill will be teaching and leading this Zoom class. Alan has worked with worship and ministry teams at Saint James UMC in Greenville. Anyone who would like to learn the elements of worship services and ways of leading worship in a variety of settings is welcome to participate. This advanced class is listed in the Worship Leader pathway and is required to become a Certified Lay Speaker. Cost is $15.00. Registration ends March 14th.

Please read the text prior to the class. During the Zoom class you will need access to a copy of the United Methodist Hymnal and also the United Methodist Book of Worship. Your church or pastor probably has copies you may borrow.
